Vehicle Acquisition Summary Report - Interactions Tab

The Interactions tab on the Report Results panel on the Vehicle Acquisition Summary screen is used to view the number of vehicles acquired based on the type of interaction that generated the acquisition, such as service appointments or sales campaigns.

To access the Interactions tab, select the Interactions tab on the Report Results panel on the Vehicle Acquisition Summary screen.

The Acquisition Matches By Interaction Type graph displays the number of vehicles acquired from each interaction type. Hover the mouse cursor over a section on the graph to display a tooltip with the percentage of vehicle acquisitions for the corresponding interaction type.

The following columns are available on the Interactions tab.

Interaction Group: The campaign during which the customer interaction that led to a vehicle acquisition occurred displays. Customer interactions occur when employees communicate with customers, such as during service appointments or sales campaigns.

Start Date: The date on which the sales campaign began displays.

Total Interactions Sent: The number of customer interactions associated with the corresponding interaction group during the entered date range displays.

Note - This column only displays when Lead Date is entered in the Type field on the Report Criteria panel.

Acquisition Matches: (Link) The number of vehicles acquired from XtreamService leads during the entered date range for the corresponding interaction group displays. Click this link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the acquisitions can be reviewed.

Response Rate: The percentage of acquisition matches generated from the corresponding customer interaction during the entered date range displays.

Note - This column only displays when Lead Date is entered in the Type field on the Report Criteria panel.
